Inserting a Flash Movie in a PowerPoint Presentation
Overview
Swiff Point Player is a Microsoft PowerPoint Add In that enables you to insert
and play your Flash movies into your PowerPoint 2000 and 2002 presentations.
Swiff Point Player requires the Macromedia Flash Player for Microsoft Internet Explorer to be installed on the computer. Be sure that the Flash Player ActiveX Control is correctly installed on the computer. For more information about the installation of the Macromedia Flash Player, please visit the Macromedia web site.

How to insert a Flash movie in a PowerPoint presentation?
1. Launch Microsoft PowerPoint
2.
From the
Insert menu on the main toolbar, select item Flash movie... ![]()
3. From the standard Open dialog box, browse your computer to select the desired Flash movie (file extension *.SWF)
4. Once inserted, scale and place the Flash movie within the slide.
5. Launch the presentation (shortcut key: F5).

6. In slide view, double click on the inserted movie placeholder to view
the following Swiff Point information about the Flash movie. Notice the
Length: information to see how long the movie should take to play in its
entirety. This information can be used to set the slide transition to
advance automatically after the movie plays or it can be used in sorter view to
rehearse timings.

System Requirements
Note:Swiff Point Player does not support Microsoft PowerPoint 97 or earlier versions.
