International Studies and Optional Program

Craigmont's International Studies program was developed in 1988 from an awareness of the need for multicultural and international studies as part of the educational environment. The Optional Program focuses on social studies and foreign languages as a means of providing a global understanding of issues, events, politics, economics, histories, and cultures. Music, art, vocational education, math and the sciences are considered major components of this curriculum.

Optional students seeking an honors diploma must earn 21 credits.

Combination of Social Studies and Foreign Language (Spanish, French, Latin, German, Japanese)

Mathematics
3 Credits (2 years Algebra/1 Year Geometry)
Science
3 Credits (2 labs)
Fine Arts (Theater, Visual Art, Choir, Orchestra, Band)
1 Credit
Lifetime Wellness/ROTC
1 Credit
Electives
2 Credits
TOTAL
